Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@woodymarvellous.co.uk where we will confirm details & address for the item return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note we must be notified of any issues within 48 hours of receiving the item.
Please contact us on info@woodymarvellous.co.uk with evidence of the damage and when/where this occurred including relevant images/video's.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like anything personalised & made to your custom requirements. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Please look after your unwanted Items once you have decided to return them - even if they are faulty - They must be returned undamaged/unused and in the original packaging. This is both the box they came in and the box they were sent in, filled with the protective packaging. It is the customers responsibility to return items to us in secure and suitable packaging.
Failure to return exactly how the items arrived with you will forfeit a full refund.
Bespoke & Special orders are non-refundable. They can be exchanged for alternative products or for credit. We are not able to cancel your order for a bespoke item once it has been placed.
We will be unable to process your return if unwanted items are returned to us damaged.
Once we have received your return we will process your refund minus any courier/postage charges.
Please note we do not offer an exchange service.
Return of Large Items including furniture
All goods must be returned to Woody Marvellous within 14 days of receipt, undamaged and in their original packaging. We ask that you notify us of your intention to return an order within 14 days of receiving the goods and return within 28 days.
You are responsible for the cost of returning your item(s) to us, unless you received a faulty, damaged or wrongly despatched item. Please contact us if you are returning a faulty/damaged item to us, you must repackage this in the original packaging and send us a photograph before we can arrange a free return.
If you would like to return a larger item that has been delivered by one of our logistics partners you will need to email info@woodymarvellous.co.uk and our team will be able to help you to arrange a convenient date for collection.
Furniture Return Service
Large items must be returned in all protective materials used in the original packaging. All goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse it is essential that you ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes.

- Offer a partial refund if we believe the item can be sold at a perfect imperfect sale price
- Provide a partial or full credit note.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit that have not been arranged by us, Woody Marvellous. We will of course assist with our suppliers as much as we are able.
Postage charges for returned products are the full responsibility of the customer/purchase and we are not obliged to refund these.
Have you cared for your goods following the guidelines?
We aim to provide as much care information as possible for each product. Please read all care instructions on the information section on a product page and any disclaimer on product variation due to their organic nature.
If an item is returned to us for a refund but has not been cared for as per our guidelines and recommendations, and the product has become damaged because of this, we cannot be responsible and we will not be able to issue a replacement or a refund. In this circumstance the item will be returned to you.
